Forging Faith: A new Season For Mosaic Church

This Sunday, October 19th, marks an exciting new chapter for Mosaic Church! We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll begin gathering for worship at our new temporary location, Lindley Middle School (50 Veterans Memorial Highway, Mableton, GA) — with a new service time at 11:00 AM.
While our church building is under construction and renovation, we are reminded once again that the church is not a building — it’s the people. Through every change, every challenge, and every season, God is working in us and through us to strengthen our faith.
Forging Faith in the Fire
Pastor B will launch a brand-new sermon series called “Forging Faith.” The series draws inspiration from 1 Peter 4:12-13 (NLT):
“Dear friends, don’t be surprised at the fiery trials you are going through, as if something strange were happening to you. Instead, be very glad — for these trials make you partners with Christ in His suffering, so that you will have the wonderful joy of seeing His glory when it is revealed to all the world.”
When metal is forged, it’s heated and shaped under pressure. Likewise, our faith is refined through trials. What looks like a setback is often God’s setup — shaping us to reflect His glory.
This season of rebuilding is an opportunity for us to grow stronger as a church family, deepen our roots in Christ, and live out our mission to lead people to an authentic relationship with Christ to help them change the world.
A Word of Gratitude
We want to thank everyone for your patience, flexibility, and prayers as our leadership team has worked diligently behind the scenes since the fire to identify a temporary home for our church family and begin the renovation process. Your faithfulness and encouragement have been a powerful testimony of God’s provision and unity in the body of Christ.
Get Involved: Join the Dream Team
One of the best ways to grow spiritually and connect relationally during this season is through serving. At Mosaic, our Dream Team helps people experience God from the moment they arrive — through hospitality, setup, production, kids ministry, and more.
Jesus calls us in Matthew 28:19-20 to “go and make disciples of all nations.” Serving is one way we live out that calling right here in our community. Every smile, every prayer, every act of service helps someone take a step closer to Christ.

Reflection & Encouragement
Ask yourself this week:
1. How is God forging my faith through the challenges I face?
2. Where might He be calling me to serve in this new season?
3. How can I encourage others to stay connected to the community and worship?
Trials don’t define us — they refine us. Let’s allow God to use this season to strengthen our faith, unite our church family, and prepare us for even greater impact ahead.
We can’t wait to worship with you this Sunday at 11:00 AM at Lindley Middle School!
